BTTF - Sound doesn't Sync

After getting through multiple downloads before reading about the admin login, I finally got the BTTF game started. Now another problem... The dialog plays before the animation. I hear the sound, then get a choppy animation of Doc moving his mouth. I can't even stand to get through the first scene. What is wrong? I'm running Vista, and have plenty of memory. I play other games with no problem. Is it just this darn buggy game?

    Test out different graphical settings, first. If nothing changes, you might have the same VERY minor issue I had.

    I would change the graphical settings if I could figure out how. It's just weird that other games play fine. I re-downloaded the game and I still get the problem. It isn't minor, it makes the game unplayable. The animation moves so slow. Any help would be wonderful.
