Back to the Future will not run

Okay, I'm pretty much to the point of tears right now, so here's my problem:

Got the downloader and d/l'ed Ep. 1 just fine. Closed out of the launcher thing and when I went to boot it back up... this happens:

Yes, I HAVE run it in Admin mode. Still the same screen. All programs are exited out.

    Okay, uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Seems to be working now, I think...

    Got the MAC version and it doesn't launch when i click on the icon. HELP?

    i already red/led this THREE times.
