Minor Blackout, UI fine

I've been playing with my xbox360 controller on the PC and I've noticed that when you pause the game and it opens the main menu up, there are black bars that scroll by. If I don't wait until they completely go away and just press back to return to game, the whole screen, except for the UI, are completely back. Hitting ESC or back again does fix it, but still a bug.

    This happened to me too:
    When I was talking to Young Emmit outside the law office it would happen when Emmit was talking to Marty but not when Marty was talking to Emmit. I just assumed I was too close to the building.
