BttF Keeps Freezing For Me

I just downloaded Episode 1 of BttF and it ran pretty good for a while, but it keeps freezing on the scene where Marty first travels back in time and gets in a car chase with the police. I've tried restarting it three times but it keeps freezing around that point. The music still plays like normal and pausing still works, but the game is still frozen. I've tried it on the lowest quality graphics and windowed and it still does this, please help!

This is the first time I've bought a game off the website (not my first Telltale game, SBCG4AP on WiiWare was), so I don't know if this is just a common thing or not.

    Ok, now whenever I try running the game it won't work. The load screen appears and then I just get to a black screen where only the Flux Capacitor cursor appears. Please, can someone help me.

    Nvidia graphics card??
