BTTF Pink Boxes Graphics Issue

I just purchased the game from Steam for Mac and I'm seeing weird graphical issues with the menus. It seems like all the UI textures and some of the textures on the 3D menu background have been replaced with pink boxes. I haven't started the game to test because I'd rather start it when there is a fix available. The issues appear on all resolutions and in both windowed mode and full screen.

Specs:
27" iMac (iMac11,1)
Intel Core i7 2.8GHz
4GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 4850
