BTTF e01. Mac problems and customer support

Has anyone been able to resolve the mac problem?? Also i emailed customer support and haven't recieved a email...am i the only one with this problem??

    Have you tried deleting the file that you have and redownloading it from the TellTale store?

    yea and its still the same problem..i see a image and where theres suppose to be buttons or something to click its light blue blanks

    Hmmm...the nice thing about Mac is that it's a tad bit easier to narrow down the problem than with PCs because there's so many options on PCs whereas Mac users usually have to run Apple's proprietary software. Anyway, I can't say I know a ton about the issue, but if I were you (and I'm assuming you're running Snow Leopard), I would run a software update to make sure everything is in its latest version, then try running/reinstalling the program. If that doesn't work, hopefully the folks at TellTale can help.

    I solve it only with Wi-Fi o
    ff.. Anyway, when it starts, no login or serial number is requested, i don't know why..
