Super-slow download speed - any solution?

I'm still trying to download bttf_101_setup.exe, and I can't get more than 2.9Kb/sec, on my supa-fast broadband.

Is anyone else having this problem?

You're not having speed issues from any other sites?

I ended up using a download accelerator addon, after having tried, and failing, at downloading the game at really slow speeds about a dozen times.
