BTTF installation problems

I downloaded the new back to the future game but when i tried to play it it says 'the program can't start because d3dx9_41.dll is missing from your computer' i looked on the forums and it said i had to install the latest directx i did this but mid-installation it said 'a cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted. Please verify the cryptographic services are enabled and the cabinet file certificate is valid' and then the installation fails what should i do to play the game and solve these problems?

Please try updating DirectX from the Redist package.

where should i put the folder when it asks what directory i should extract to?

Just pick any place and let the the DirectX updater run.
