BTTF locks up on PC when Marty arrives 1931

When Marty is arriving to 1931 the screen turns white and the music keeps playing in a loop. I sent an email to tech support but haven't heard back from them yet. I've reinstalled the game about 3 times, still no luck.

Anyone else have this problem.

I'm on a Gateway with Vista.
