BTTF Full Screen Crash.

edited December 2010 in Game Support
Hi,

I've bought BTTF via Steam.
The game crashes if I try to use full screen.

When I click on the "full screen" icon it throws an unhandled win32 exception.
(did you guys forget to catch exceptions?)

Obviously its either a bug, or some problem with one of my dlls.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks,

Tomer

Do you have any details on the error message?

Please also post a dxdiag log.

    dxdiag
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Then zip the file and attach it to a reply in this Thread.

Sadly there is not much info, it seems like an uncaught exception, no idea how to get the stack trace.

Attaching dxdiag output and a screen shot of the error.

    Thanks,

    Tomer.

Card name: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series
    Current Mode: 1680 x 1050 (16 bit) (60Hz)

Setting your display color depth to 32-Bit should fix it.
