BttF Startup wont accept my username/password

So I got the complimentary coupon in my 25th Anniversary Trilogy and I installed the free episode but at the login it says "Sorry, but it doesn't look like you own Back to the Future: The Game. Try Logging in again under a different account or pick up the game." Okay, it's listed under my Games, so why can't I play it? What's going on here?

    Can't tell you why. It's possible TTG did this to get as many customers as possible subscribing to the whole season...after all ther now IS an advantage getting the whole season now. It does not seem to be fair though because nothing of this was mentioned when signing up for the free episode. But since ist still IS free one have to live with that (or subscribe to the full season to play it now).
