bttf episode 1 random crash(around intro or later)

my specs
os:vista
processor: 1.86 GHz intel core 2 cpu
memory: 4gb
video card: nvidia geforce 9500 gt 128 mb ram
direct x: 11.0
Audio card required

apparently i dont meet the requirements for video card ram but i ran the game anyways and it looked great.

im just wondering, would lack of video card ram cause the game to crash near the end of the intro or soon after?

usualy about 5 mins into the game ild get a random crash
that turns my monitor off.
the sound from the game and my cpu are still on but my monitor gets switched to stand by and the only thing i can do is shut down my cpu.

    You can try pressing Alt-Enter while the monitor is switched to stand-by.

    Please post a dxdiag log too.

    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

    Now click on the button that says "save all information".
    It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

    Then zip the file and attach it to a reply in this Thread.
