Pc crashing while playing

I just treated myself to this game for Christmas. Both times I have tried playing it, my PC turned itself off. The game plays smooth, and doesn't seem to have any problems then i just shuts everything down. I was thinking this might mean that the processor is overheating or something along those lines. I used to run World of Warcraft on this computer and that was fine. The computer is about 5 years old. I am going to open up the tower and dust the shit out of the cpu, anyone else have any other suggestions for me? thanks

    Graphics Card can't handle?
    Low system Specs?
    Over-heating?
    Not enough power?

    Some system specs would help.

    CPU Typ QuadCore Intel Core i5 750, 3200 MHz (24 x 133)
    ram: 4094 MB
