BTTF Ep 1 Manual Unlock Error

I've downloaded Episode 1, having purchased it, and requested (and subsequently received my manual unlock code) but when entering in my manual unlock code, the 'UNLOCK' button doesn't actually do anything. No errors, no message, it's just non-responsive but it doesn't cause a freeze or crash. Does/did anyone else have this problem and is there any way to rectify it?

(Running on XP for info).

    Additional note, I've sent an e-mail to the support address, but I didn't get an auto-reply, so not sure if it has gone through - can any TellTale staff assist with this issue?

    I am having the same problem! I sent in a request to Support, but haven't heard anything back yet.

    I am having the same issue. I know the thread is a month old, but did the OP ever get a solution?
