BTTF game is lagging/delay

Just downloaded BTTF, download & install was fine but when running it lags. Audio & video synch is off and cursor is delayed in movement by a few seconds (move mouse, cursor moves 2-3 seconds later).

Please help!

    Did you try reducing the graphics settings (Quality, Shadows, Anti-Aliasing)?
