Repayment conditions

Hi,

I have bought a Telltale game with a Visa card and I realize juste after I received the confirmation mail that I made a mistake,

Ideed I have bought the BTTF card game and not the video game, moreover the product is backordered even if this is not the good product.

How can I get repayed? Since I want to get repayed before buying the good product (the video game).

    E-mail customer service at support@telltalegames.com and ask for a refund (include your order number in the e-mail).

    As long as it has not been sent to the warehouse we can normally cancel it.

    Edit: Found the order and refunded it, but even though I refund instantly some banks can hold it for 3-5 business days.
