Research Into Development Roles in Telltale
Hi!
I'm currently studying for a Masters level degree in Game Development, and I need to do some research on the current state of roles in development. To this end, I wanted to know a little about the roles at Telltale. I thought, since this might be of interest to everyone, the forums might be a nice place to start the conversation!
I'm curious, specifically, about story-content. Who is ultimately responsible for all the story content of a game? How much input do they have into environment design, character modelling or gameplay design? How is the process tracked and handled? How is cohesion assured amongst the different disciplines?
I really love Telltale's ability to express narrative as something more than just text and dialog. I'm really eager to know more about how you manage this process!
