CSI Deadly Intent Error

I have installed and registered the game but an error message comes up saying that the game has encountered an error and needs to close and to click to send a report to microsoft.

I really want to play the game so any help would very much be appreciated???

    I'm pretty sure that the tech wizards who "scour" the forum (Hi DjNDB! :)) are going to need more info, such as (Hi Miss Teen South Carolina! :D) a dxdiag.

    Here's how:

    dxdiag
    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

    Now click on the button that says "save all information".
    It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

    Then zip the file and attach it to a reply in this Thread.

    Please set your display color depth to 32 bit. That should help.

    I also highly recommend updating your graphics driver and sound driver.
