Because I was curious to see if we had more fanboys or fangirls.

Just vote and then post your gender if you want to.

First time I make a poll here so if a poll is not showing that's the reason >__>

    So we don't have distracting rehashings of the difference between sex and gender. The poll would have caused less distraction if it asked if you had dangly parts or not.

    But, seriously, I agree with Tope: I find more interesting to know which gender a fellow forumer identify with, than to have his/her anatomical details, this should be about his/her personality.

    So, I wonder, what would a proper way to express the poll?

    Just "male-identifying, female-indentifying"? Or "male-identifying, female-indentifying, other"? Or are there "canonical" "other" that should be listed too?

    Should his/her orientation be a part of it or it would be too "date site" flavored? E.g "male-identifying+male-attracted, female-indentifying+male-attracted, male-identifying+female-attracted, female-indentifying+female-attracted, male-identifying+both-attracted, female-indentifying+both-attracted"?

    I honestly think male, female, and other is sufficient enough for simplicity sake, then if the person wanted to go into more detail they could post about it.

    I've been a girl so far and I don't plan on changing in the furture so yes. I am indeed female.

    It's cool, it's really weird in classes when they're doing roll call in the beginning of the year. Especially when they look at the guys expecting one of them to say "here".

    Why do we really care? It's not like anyone here really acts like a girl of boy, that's why everyone here needs to tell us what is or isn't between their legs! I guess we know now though, so I guess the thread had a purpose after all...

    We care because we like to have a mental image of who it is we're talking to. It's the same reason we have the "what do you look like" thread.
