Back To The Future Windows xp NEW GAME CRASH

Hello. I have been having problems with the game. The title screen works fine but when I push the new game button, I get a black screen and then the game crashes. I notice that some mac users are having the same problem. However, I am on a windows xp PC. What should I do to fix this?

    I have the same problem on windows 7 64bit with a x1950 card. Tried both in fullscreen and not.

    You need to lower the shadows quality. Just leave it at 1 bar.

    I am sorry. I fixed this problem a wile ago. All, I needed to do was lower the quality to med. Sorry I did not reply earlier.
