Can't run BTTF episode 2.

I was wondering, what are the default settings for this game? Every time I try the run this game, it will show the load screen. Then, I will hear the title screen for a couple secs before the game crashes then display a blue screen with a bunch of text. I don't know if it's because the shadows are turned all the way up. My computer can't run it with shadows all the way up (at least on episode 1) . I can run episode without any problems though.

    E-mail Amy in customer support. She'll be able to provide you with a prefs.prop file that will start the game at the lowest possible graphical settings.

    Once you have that, copy it into the following folder on your PC:

    C:\Users\Caleb Hoffman\Documents\Telltale Games\Episode 2

    Once you've done that, the game will start up using the lowest settings. Hopefully that will get you going. :)
