Augh help! I can't play the game!

It hangs up at the start screen, like this:

I can play Ep without any problem whatsoever.

I deinstalled and reinstalled it again. No dice.

What do I do? :(

    Additional note: at the time I tested this, the forums and Telltale were up.

    I have the same problem. Some people fixed it by following this advice, but it hasn't worked for me.

    It did that for me the first time I tried to run it a few hours ago. Just tried it now and it works with no changes made. So probably something to do with connecting to Telltale's server.

    That patch has BEEN out.

    i have the same problem here. I tried to reinstall it, with no good results.
    I had wait for it a whole month, and i can't play it!!

    i have downloaded the game three different times and it starts out ok but after the opening credits all i see is a blank screen. i can hear marty and doc but no picture. any thought on how to fix this?
