BTTF Get Tannen not working

hi so ive downloaded Episode 2 get tannen 4 times and ran the game and it loads ok but when after the bttf title screen its just BLACK and i can hear doc and marty talking but i cant see them to play. anyone else have this problem?

    I sure did, go into the "game Settings and go to Graphics click back < one then > the the picture should come on, it worked for me I hope it does for you.
