Can't Download Get Tannen

I have tried several times using different browers such as IE, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox using Windows 7. However it usually justs stops or says that the source cannot be found. What else can I try?

    Sorry it didn't work.
    Are you using any firewall or virus scanner that you could disable while you're downloading?
    Or maybe a download manager that you could deactivate?
    I had no problem downloading it with Chrome (just tried it again a few minutes ago), so I'm not sure why it's not working for you...
