PS3 BTTF gfx issues

Doc Brown has a tube extending from his nose through his torso.
I can send a screen shot (or video) if that is helpful.
(also, the letter "W" in the sentence "This isn't the Way..." in this snapshot was scrambled)
My PS3 system software is up to date.
It is so distracting it is not fun to play.
Unless that is how it is supposed to be? Is it an alternate reality or something?
