edited March 2011 in Game Support
BTTF Ep.1 works perfect. but Ep.2 has some major slowdown issues. in 1931 around the Soup Kitchen Marty move extremely slow and some cut scenes take several minutes to move and the music stutters. I have posted in the bttf forum but was told to come here..pleae help.

Unfortunately, your PC is pretty far below our minimum specs, so it's not surprising that it would run slowly at times. If you haven't done so, you should update your video card drivers, but I'm not sure how much that will help in this case (it couldn't hurt, though).

Here are the minimum and recommended specs for current Telltale PC releases:

    Minimum Specs
    OS: XP / Vista / Windows 7
Processor: 1.8 GHz Pentium 4 or equivalent
    Memory: 2 GB RAM
Video Card: ATI or NVidia card w/ 256 MB RAM
    Direct X: Direct X 9.0c
    Audio card required

    Recommended Specs
    OS: XP / Vista / Windows 7
Processor: 2.0 GHz Pentium 4 or equivalent
    Memory: 3 GB RAM
Video Card: ATI or NVidia card w/ 512 MB RAM
    Direct X: Direct X 9.0c
    Audio card required

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. :(

It sounds like your problem is due to too little RAM. You might want to try launching BTTF right after reseting your computer, and making sure all background programs are closed.

Or you could try buying and installing an extra 1GB of ram.
