Nope, little girl is Harding's (new) daughter who obviously isn't Sarah, her name is Jessi. The mexican chick is named Nima who is the "Plan B" (as we heard in the trailer) to Dodgson's plan. She is on the island to do what Nedry failed to do but she is poisoned and saved by Harding... that is as much as I know as of now!
