Have you tried right clicking the desktop icon and clicking 'Run as Administrator'?

On the pc, I downloaded episode two. It works right up to where your about to start playing (Right after the police officer shows up for the first time) and it quits on me. I am a bit low on space, but I have enough. Does anyone have suggestions?

If you are having trouble and turning the graphic quality down did not work, or the unistalling and reinstalling did not work, try turning the shadows down 1 bar. It worked for me!!!!!!

Right clicking the icon and clicking 'Run as Administrator' worked with a lot of people. Have you already tried it?

I also downloaded the free episode 1 and when I ran it it would not start when I clicked the play button.

I ran as Administrator (as suggested by "Marin Mcfly" above) and it started right up.

    I running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

Ok... I take that back. I got to the start screen, navigated around the "help & settings" menu, then start a new game. It asked me if I wanted to show notifications for goals. I said "yes." The loading symbol displayed for a few seconds, the screen went black, the I got a Windows error telling me the game had stopped working.

I tried again... same thing only this time no error. The screen went black, I clicked the mouse and the app shutdown?

    What's up?

Try turning down the shadows bar by one level. See if that helps at all. If not, let me know.
