A question regarding Steam

edited February 2011 in General Chat
Hello.

If I buy a game in the telltale store, will I be able to bind it with my Steam account, and download it there at a later time?

    I'm afraid not.

Only Poker Night at the Inventory. It's also possible with Sam & Max season 3, but only for people who pre-ordered it, so Poker Night is the only game you could buy right now and unlock on Steam.

You can register them as nonsteam games though.

There's no reason to bring this up. No one cares about it appearing in Steam, they want to know about proper community support in addition to stat tracking.

... Actually I had no idea you could add non Steam games. It'll make my life more convenient now that I know.

I added a few games to Steam for a while, but I took them off when I decided they were cluttering my list and that it was more annoying than anything else to have to start up Steam to launch those shortcuts. I guess it'd be different for someone who normally has Steam running all the time, but it's not for me.

I never turn off my computer and even when I do, Steam auto starts :) So yeah it's a plus to know this. Otherwise I just keep them shortcutted in addon bar.

I always leave Steam on, and Non-Steam games are a hassle. Mainly due to the lack of a custom icon for grid layout meaning really tiny icons whilst using that display.

Yeah after I added some this became my first annoyance.
