Expanded support for iPad

I'm a little confused  as to why one of the monkey island episodes, one of Sam and Max: Devils PlayHouse, and now one of Back To The Future have been the only titles released on iPad, instead of gradually having full seasons like the other platforms? I was under the impression that you guys used something akin to scumm ;) (but different and your own IP of course) So obviously you have a version that runs on ios. At first I was thinking it's probably updated with each release and later episodes might need tweaking... But with BTTF being out, that should be like NotSCUMM(tm) 4.0 or something, and should be able to at a basic level play all the previously mentioned/released games, the only other thing that I can see is you might have to tweak some of the media assets (like the animations for example) but again, you already have a in-house solution as someone had to write the Ios version in the first place, put them on porting games and make bank. You would obviously make more money than whatever that person costs to employ, hands down...;)

Ok, I didn't want to mention this, but you made me. I'm disabled (yes I went there :() One of the vertebre in my back (T12) is broken into about 3 distinct pieces (autographed photos available on request :p) it literally hurts me to sit at the computer for extended periods of time, such as playing one of your fine games, even with a really comfy chair. :( I spend most of my waking time in bed with an iPad. I'm not looking for pity or anything, but just telling it like it is. As for the immediate and easy answer of getting a laptop, I'm not working right now so I don't have the cash, as well as having a perfectly good pc and mac at my desk that I can kind-of use for short periods of time, as well as a really nice iPad(thus this post :D) so it seems like overkill right now.

I already own Sam and Max seasons 1,2 and 3 for pc/mac and went so far as to re-purchase BTTF:1 and Penal Zone for ipad, and would gladly do the same for the rest. So theres your first sale right there, see like I said, money in the bank.

TL:DR? Summary: not enough iPad episodes from TellTale. Argument made for profit and technical merits of this. Explained broken back, unable to sit at pc, have ipad for use laying down tho.

please consider what I have said. I believe it to be a rational argument, also if anyone knows any TellTalers, please pass this along if possible.

Also, heres a tip for everyone, don't speed on a major highway when its pouring down rain, I learned that the hard way, thus the back problems I now have. :(

Your devoted fan:D,
Cam

I don't think you're going to like the answer...

TOMI, BTTF and PA will all be finished on the iPad. It looks like TDP on the iPad has been canceled, and there's no word on W&G.

Also, TTG is helping port a game called "Hector: Badge of Carnage" which will also release on the iPad.

Wallace and Gromit always was a one-off release.

Sam and Max was cancelled due to the size of environments in later episodes being too large to handle.

The other games, Monkey Island and Back to the Future, are all going to be released in full.

I had noticed that the Mac downloads for episodes of Devils Playhouse got into several hundred megabytes each, I guess this is why. I wonder how Beyond Time and Space stacks up. I enjoyed some of its episodes the most, as far as Sam and Max are concerned, it seemed like they really hit their stride with the second season. I have to admit that playing the penal zone, even on a desktop was kind of jittery and the lip syncing wasn't always the best... *shrugs*

Thanks for the info tho. That at least gives me some hope for the future =) BTTF looks cool, I've been playing the first episode, so I'm just getting into it.
