Game crashes during play

Hi everybody.

My game crashes when i try to play BTTF Episode 1: Which results my computer shutting down. What can i do?

    At what part does it crash?

    -Have you tried adjusting the shadows setting to one bar?

    -Have you tried using low resolution?

    -Uninstall and Reinstall the game?

    It's not a specific part it's just all the time. Sometimes i can play 5 minutes sometimes an hour. So it's very weird

    Does it happen with both episodes? Or just Episode One?

    Well I haven't tried episode 2 because I wanted to play episode 1 first

    Have you tried turning down the video quality in the main menu?
