Is Telltale Being Generous Today Just to Me?

edited March 2011 in General Chat
Today is 3/8/11.

I was one of the people who got a free copy of the BTTF episode 1. Today I placed an order for the full five episodes of the series. According to the Telltale Store, that costs 24.99 US, when I placed my order it came out to 22 and a half (give or take a few pennies). Now I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, so I of course plopped down my credit card and had a lot of fun playing through Episode 2.

So then I was thinking...I never bought Sam and Max Season 3, even though I have seasons 1 and 2 on DVD and Digital..

So I see it's 34.99 with digital and dvd, no details, so I plop it in the cart...

It's 15 dollars off! Is that correct or do you at Telltale just love me because I buy all your stuff?? I'll accept either.

Don't think too much about it. Take their generous gift and walk away with a happy-go-lucky smile on that face of yours.

It's somewhat like the time they sent me two copies of Sam and Max Season 3.

Meh, 15 bucks is nothing. I ripped them off made profit around 150 bucks just by timing my purchases and only buying things when there is a discount or something like that.
