I find the fact US anger towards the japanese wierd, especially after all this time. If there was a national disaster in say, germany, i'm pretty sure we (the brits) wouldn't call it karma for the blitz, or the holocaust. Atrocities were committed by both sides. It's all in the past (doesn't mean we should forget they happened, but we shouldn't hold the decendents responsible). Plus history is written by the victors. I'm sure if germany had won the war and defeated the british empire, some atrocities would have emerged about the treatment of people from smaller countries in the empire. Or things the army did in German towns.
Anyway, Glad to hear you made it out safely. I feel for the people of Japan.

Kind of surprise me from a 1st world country like USA, but we recieved similar treatement in our Earthquake last year, from some Peruvians and Bolivians for stuff older than that. That didn´t stop some more educated people from both countries to donate for our recontruction effort anyways.
People without a brain and limited range of thinking are everywhere it seems.

You and me both... and I live here. I personally don't understand it, since nearly all of the really vocal people weren't even born yet when Pearl Harbor happened. And...well...compared to how we ended the war...
I had no intention of insult. I was merely stating a fact. No one deserves to die. I could never kill someone, and death is always significant. I just meant to say in context, the bombs were not. I truly am sorry that this happened to them, as I am friends with a few people over there. So again, I did not mean to offend anyone. Now back to the predetermined topic.
