DOWNLOADING BTTF Eps 1 & 2 for MacOS

OK... preordered the season. PC laptop not booting and I have lines to do for MathMan so thought I'd better get both chapters completed (playing iPad version but it's...patchy). So I am down to my Macbook Pro. Except... it's not downloading. And I see the files seem to be ZIPs anyway. What gives??

    It's downloading just fine for me (and only the first episode installer appears to be a zip file, the second one is a dmg file).
    Try downloading from these links and see if it helps:

    Safari can’t open the page “Blahblahblah” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.

    No luck !!! Still not downloading Episode 1

    Did you try from another browser?
    Otherwise, did you e-mail customer service at support@telltalegames.com?
