Sometimes its because there is a thread just like it already.. Sometimes its because its spam or doesn't really promote a conversation... Sometimes its because there are a bunch of us new mods who are anxious to use our new toys. But I would like to think its because this user has the most hilarious user names but has not posted anything yet.... So until they start posting expect more locked up threads...
