My BTTF game doesn't work properly

So, I downloaded Back to the Future the Game only an hour or two ago. I was REALLY excited to get it. When I started playing it, I noticed that the cutscenes lag a lot. I troubleshooted the compatibility with my PC (I have windows 7) and it said it is an incompatible application. What should I do?! :confused:

    Did you try lowering the graphics quality settings?

    myn just does put the select but not the game?!
