Sam & Max Season 2 doesn't work

Hi,
(i know, this topic was discussed repeatedly, but each method doesn't work.)
I bought Sam & Max Collection, downloaded and installed ep. 201. When I turned the program it doesn't work. I see stucked sign "please wait, logging you in". It also can be scrolled down.

I tried to reset the Internet Explorer and run it in clean boot mode, but it doesn't work. Javascript is on.

    Are you having trouble with unlocking it? If so log on to your telltale games account click you games and get the serial number for your game. enter your serial into the game launcher and it should unlock.
