Which Star Trek planet would you rather visit?

I would want to go to Bajor because it's a beautiful planet, plus the women are a bonus.

    Oh yeah, Risa definitely. ;-)

But I agree about the Bajoran women. I had such a teenage crush on Leeta... <sigh>

There is more than one "pleasure planet" in the Star Trek universe. Risa is just the only one filmed. For example, Casperia Prime is mentioned in DS9 as a planet Bashir was going to go to. Then again, since 3 people mentioned Risa right before your post I don't understand why you didn't specifically refer to it also if that was the planet you meant.

Also, I don't understand what your quote is from.

No, no... Betazed has telepaths, not Risa.

You don't know what planet I'm thinking of, then.

Hint: It was in the original series. And it's not Risa.

I chose Romulus because it's name is very Roman and I somehow missed out on all the Romulan bits of Star Trek.

Actually, come to think of it, Vulcan is also a Roman name. I'd like to go there, too.

    Oh yeah.

    The Shore Leave Planet.
Discovered by the USS Enterprise in 2267, the planet was found to be lush and beautiful – and entirely artificial. Constructed by an unidentified race, the planet's idyllic surface concealed a vast factory. Likened to an amusement park, the planet used small antennae to scan the thoughts of visitors. The information thus obtained was used to construct artifacts to implement the fantasies of those visitors; once completed, the artifacts were deposited on the surface, somewhere near the individual whose fantasies they represented.
