Login Screen doesn't load

[EDIT] This is happening in Back to the Future The Game Part 3 Citizen Brown

I'm having problems getting into the game, I launch the game but the login screen doesn't seem to load correctly. Does anybody have a fix for this?

Does anybody else have a fix for this?

    Have you tried launching the game as a admin? Right click the icon and run as administrator.

    Are you on a closed network? Ex. Work, school etc.

    Yup, i've tried running it as Admin with no luck. I'm using a computer will full access to the whole computer.
