the game will not let me on, what should I do???

I have just installed Back to the future the game on my pc, but when i tried to open it, an error keeps coming up saying :
'cannot find d3dx9_41.dll, therefore, the application has failed to start. Re-installing the application may help fix this problem.'
but I don't know how to. What should I do to solve thsi problem???

Sounds like the game needs a later version of DirectX than the one you have installed. This thread should help - run the DirectX Web Updater.
