BTTF ep 2 - sound but no graphics?

Ok, with me I brought the whole package and only episodes 1 and 3 work. Episode 2 works but the only thing you get is the voices, menu options and no characters. Just a black screen with noise. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it to see if that works and it still does the same thing. I tried running it under administrator and downloading it from some where else and nothing.
