Still having issues with episode 3?
It looks like we still have a handful of issues with episode 3. So we can try to find a workaround for you please list the exact issue, just because it sounds similar to another user does not mean it is the same error. Also list where you bought it, what version of mac os you're using and hardware specs. Thanks!

This really annoys me because my 5 year old Dell Inspiron 6000 can run Episodes 1 and 2 whereas this machine can run WoW and StarCraft II on full and near full settings respectively.
If there is ANY help you can give me, i'd really appreciate it. I want to get this straight now so that when Episode 4 comes out, I can't play that either.
I just today starting having a problem with Ep. 3. The game loads but the graphics are all shadows and I can't see my mouse pointer. I'm running as an administrator on Windows Vista and bought the game from the Telltale website. Episode 1 loads up and runs just fine, so it does seem to be just an ep. 3 problem. Note that this was running fine the last time I ran it ( 2 days ago).
Thanks for any help.

This is caching issue and has nothing to do with the game. (as long as you are downloading it from telltalegames.com that is) Delete the old files, empty the trash and try from a different browser.
Hi ,
Can I take a look at your DXDiag?
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
Now click on the button that says "save all information". It will prompt you to save a file. Since I cannot receive attachments, I'll need you to cut and paste the contents into this message for me.
Thanks,
Amy
You might try the following and see if it helps:
Press Command/Shift/+ and Command/Shift/-
Say "yes" to both dialog boxes that pop up. Then close the window and log in to the wrapper again. This will refresh it, which could help. If you still see a blank window, then it's probably either your internet connection or some sort of security software on your system.
Let me know if that helps. If not, I have a few other ideas you might try.
I don't actually have a Mac and I can play the game but I don't have the ability to save the game (only to start new ones).
I bought the game off the Telltale site. I could list hardware specs but I don't think that's the issue here... (the game runs okay it's just I can't actually save it).
Even though it might look like once the episodes are installed, you can launch any of them from any launcher, apparently it's only possible to save a game if it has been launched from its own launcher.
Hello Amy,
I'm having similar problems with Episode 3. All the controls and some of the graphics are just black blocks (although the cursor is okay) making it unplayable. I have no problems with Episodes 1, 2, or 4.
I've installed the games via Steam. My video drivers are up-to-date and I've tried replacing the prefs.prop as suggested in another thread. No change.
Can you let me know what I should do? I'd attach my DxDiags output as a zip file.
