backtothefuture102.exe has stopped working
I am on Windows7, purchased the game through steam. Episode 1 played fine, I tried episode 3 and it plays fine as well.
The game looks like it is going to load, i get the icon indicating save/load in progress in the lower right corner of screen and then the error in the thread title.
I've tried looking through these forums.
I have tried
-delete reinstall game
-defragment game cache files through steam options
-run as administrator through windows7 file browser
Any other steps I should try?
I know there was a problem with skype and steam when I installed a previous game through steam. I had to uninstall skype to register that game. I've since reinstalled skype. It is weird that episode 1 and 3 both work with no problems.
thanks for your help.

I can only recommend running windows update.
Or try the 32bit version of Windows 7.

I feel like I have done as much or more than I should be expected to as a customer.
