"Could not write license data!" suddenly

I was playing Sam and Max just fine yesterday. When I started my computer today and tried, I suddenly get an error, "Could not write license data!" and the game won't run. This happens for all the episodes I tried (I want to play 301, but I have 101 - 305 installed). The second line of the error says to contact support (and my previous emails to support @telltalegames.com have gone unanswered), so here I am.
