Do I need all of the files?

Do I need to keep all of the game files (a.k.a 101, 102, 103, etc.) or only one of them (like, the latest one) in order for the game to run?

    The games are installed, they don't run from the file you download.
    You can delete all the installers.

    And you don't need to keep previous episodes installed in order to run the later ones (you might want to keep your save games and preferences though). :)

    Yeah it is not as smart like let's say, Source Engine what smartly shares common files to save space between games.

    I'm not asking about the installer files. I'm talking about the files the installer files install. Do I need every one of them, or can I run every game from just one app file? (NOTE: I'm a Mac user.)

    Ten yes you need each file.
    Each application is 1 game; delete it you delete the game.
