BttF epsiode 4 wont install!

BBTF part 4 Won't install, I'm getting the ncis error,is anyone else having this problem or can someone please help me fix this. Thank you

    Got the file on the computer, then when i run it to install I get a run as screen. It wont let me run as admin it just keeps asking for a password WTH?
    I tried reinstalling but I keep getting to run as screen? any help?

    After deleting it and installing it a 3rd time and a complete reboot. It installed. No idea why I was getting a Run As admin screen. I tried twice to run as admin and it kept telling me that there was an invalid password or user name?? Oh well game on...
