EP1 & EP3 Overlook?

I just replayed EP1 tonight and noticed that the time circuit controls had a label that said Dr. E. Brown Industries. Is this the same E. Brown Industries from EP3? Remember how the time departed screen was on the fritz and the dream where the car never returns. Also, how when you use the Time machine in EP3 how the time circuits are not working correctly. I am wondering if this time machine is really from when FCB steals it in Ep4?

I'm just pondering and wanting your thoughts. Sorry for no pics either, I just replayed and it's late and I don't feel like replaying again tonight.
