Season upgrade invalid key error
I've seen others like this, but no solution written.
Bought Episode one, bought the upgrade, didn't work with an "invalid key" error.
Emailed support, no word as of yet (no emails for hours now). Is there anyone who knows why even with a paid upgrade why the season doesn't work?
(Well, more accurately, just Episode 2 - going in order.)

Please review the info here for details on how Season 1 customers can access preactivated versions of the games. Downloading the demo and entering the order number and password does not work for Season 1 customers.
