Desert Island Games

I was recently asked what my "5 desert island games" would be. After "coconut bowling" was soundly rejected, I chose:
1. The Witness
2. Animal Crossing
3. Super Mario World
4. Katamari Damacy
5. Brain Age
I was wondering what some of your choices would be?

2: Garry's Mod, because you can do anything.
3: Brain Age, for the reasons you mentioned.
4: Cave Story, because of its compelling platform gameplay and high density of secrets.
5: Loom, because I STILL haven't beaten it.
2. FIFA 06 - It may be just another sports game, but I can see myself playing season after season after season...
3. Civilization III: Complete - Same reason I picked Settlers IV.
4. Transport Tycoon Deluxe - Maybe I could practice setting up a transport company on the island.
5. Wii Sports - I may feel terribly lonely, but at least I'll stay in shape, playing the Fitness mode every day. And maybe I can get a monkey or two to play along.
So basically, no games with a definite ending (like adventure games or platformers), but games that'll keep me occupied by offering a new challenge every time I play.
Psychonauts - I suck playing this game but it's fun (well I never got that far before I gave up)! Again, an incredible place to explore and I would finally master the learning curve for it.
Day of the Tentacle - another game I've never finished. It's funny (and an extremely hard game for me) and I might actually finish it.
MahJong - it's nice to have a good puzzle game.
The Longest Journey - terrific story and characters and locations that I love to revisit.
Day of the Tentacle
Grim Fandango
Prince of Persia
Donkey Kong Country
2. The Neverhood- As you know, I love all things Neverhood.
3. Crysis- Sitting by a palm tree, shooting down virtual palm trees? Yes please!
4. GTA: San Andreas- Need I say more?
5. Sam and Max series- Lagamorph is the best medicine.
2. Columns (even after all these years it still has its appeal and im sure it would keep me going)
3. Starfox 64
4. Fallout
5. Stunt Car Racer
Mine would possibly be;
Tetris - can spend hours on this game
Day of the Tentacle - favourite game ever, and one of the funniest
X-Wing - Huge amounts of gameplay & replayability, especially with the new missions on the CD.
Knights of the Old Republic - Never finished this one, nice long game with intriguing plot & characters.
The Movies - Never really got into it, but given a lot of time to waste, could probably come up with some real gems.
2. Dance Dance Revolution, to keep up my m4d d4nc1ng sk1llz.
3. Zelda: Twilight Princess, because I still have yet to finish it.
4. Cubert Badbone P.I., so that I could marvel nostalgically at the brilliance I achieved at the tender age of sixteen. (Or cringe, depending on what kind of mood I'm in.)
5. Tetris. Duh.
Worms: Armageddon
Crusader: no Remorse
KGB - I have a love-hate relationship with this game. Maybe on a deserted island I can actually finish it without a walkthrough.
Tetris - undeniable
2. The Movies - Cool game
3. Street Legal Redline - This game has egdes but its fun....
4. GTA Series. - No explanation necessary
5. Bully - Little Gta
Some 2d Worms
Starcraft
Heroes: of Might and Magic 3
... And a A collection with every Mega Man game ever made!
I think those games could entertain me forever and never even get the slithest bit of boring.
SAM & MAX - Just ANOTHER GREAT game!!.. And as soon i start playing this new saga i know i can die happy!! jaja
Day Of The Tentacle - YES! i know i´ve always love Adventure Games
Leisure Suit LARRY!!! - EXCELENT!.. I love Larry.. he IS the gratest when trying to pick up women!!
Age of Empires - The 3 of them are great games... cant get tired of playing them!
Shadow of Destiny
Gabriel Knight 2
Final Fantasy 8
King's Quest 6
Sims 2
The first four are games I could play again and again. (And often do!) I love the stories and never seem to get tired of them.
Sims 2 I can play for hours/days/months on end, so I think it would keep me nice and busy while I was waiting for the rescue crew to show up.

Anyway;
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood
Brutal Legend
Batman Arkham Asylum (Or City, if it already comes out)
Sims 3, with every expansion (Never played Sims 3, but I heard good things)
Halo Reach Legendary Edition (with the box, but inside: waterproof matches, iodine tablets, beet seeds, protein bars, NASA blanket, and, in case I get bored, Harry Potter and Sorcerer's Stone. No, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban)
1. Wii Sports Resort- Aware of the redundancy, being on a desert island and all, but it's fun, gosh darn it.
2. Final Fantasy 12- I know most people couldn't stand it, but it was free roaming, fairly relaxing, and something I honestly just liked. Sue me.
3. Pokemon (either Soul Silver or the new Black game)- Because I'd seriously be the very best after being stuck on a desert island. Level 99 Magikarp, anyone?
4. The Sims 3- Again, something that is a fantastic timesuck.
5. Sam and Max Season 2- While not my favorite of all of Telltale's games (that would be ToMI), nor the first one I played (that's SBCG4AP for the Wii), this one still continues to make me smile after who knows how many replays. It's like having my favorite television miniseries on hand that I can mess with.
Pokemon! Of course! Dammit, why didn't I think of that?!
Inadvertent or not... DEATH BY PUNS.
2. Dragon Knight Saga.
3. Advent Rising.
4. Torchlight
5. World of Warcraft.
SWOS '96/97
King's Quest Collection (because, y'know, I've never played through any of them before, and I believe getting full score in each and every one of them without a walkthrough should take quite a while).
Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 (never played through any of them)
Civilization V (when on a desert island, learn how to mod)
EV Nova
KOTOR (1 and 2)
Grim Fandango
Diablo II (with expansion...and internet connection so I send messages for help )
Half-Life 2
The Movies (<3)
Star Wars Battlefront II
Erm... another copy of Paper Mario?
2)Super collapse II
3) Dice wars
4) Wing Commander
5) Visual Studio 2010 Professional....(What do you mean "it's not a game"? )
