Back to the Future- Will not start

I downloaded the free episode 1 of BTTF a while ago and finally decied to start playing. I get to the launcher, past the log in screen, and to the part where it lists all the episodes. When I highlight Ep. 1 the big button in the bottom right corner reads Play. So, I click on it but the game never loads. It is like I am trying to click on a dead link.

    Had the same problem, until I ran it as Administrator. Right-click the start up icon & select that option.

    Have you tried reinstalling the game?

    Reinstalling ended up working. Not sure what the intial problem was, but it shouldn't be standard to reinstall a game just to get it to work.

    This has been happening to me too. It's a really annoying showstopper. It might be some kind of authentication issue or maybe it's a "feature" added to entice us to buy the entire season.
